
Terms and Conditions
All Casual Day bookings are determined on an availability basis at each centre. Bambini Childcare Group cannot guarantee that all Casual Day requests will be met. The Bambini App and Centre Coordinators are the only channels to be used to book in a Casual Day to be redeemed using Rewards Points. Rewards Points can only be used to book in an additional available Casual Day and should not be used to cover the cost of an existing attendance day (Unless classified as a Full-Time family). Casual Day bookings may only be booked in at the families existing centre of attendance and not at any other Bambini Early Learning Centre establishment.
Full Time families (children who attend 5 days a week) may utilise their Rewards Points to cover the cost of an existing attendance day/s. This booking must be arranged directly with the Centre Coordinator and not through the Bambini App due to manual processing of payments. Full Time Families may cover a redeem a maximum of one free day within the period of a month.
Rewards Points and the Bambini Garden of Rewards are subject to change at the discretion of Bambini Childcare Group at any time. The number of points required to redeem a reward may be increased or decreased, withdrawn or restrictions placed on reward redemption may be imposed at any time. Rewards Points are accrued on a per child basis, unless the family receives points for a referral then it will be applied once off to the families account. Families may not transfer Rewards Points to another family.
To accumulate points, your child’s regular day of attendance on their agreed days must be paid in full or they will not receive their specified points for that day.
A families account must have sufficient points to redeem a specified reward. Reward’s Points may only be used on specified rewards as instructed by Bambini Childcare Group and any reward must be directly booked in via the Bambini App or a Centre Coordinator. A reward must not be booked in via a third party unless specified by Bambini Childcare Group.
No refund or return shall be granted for any used or unused portion of the Rewards Points once a reward is booked in.
