1. How many rewards points equal one free casual day?500 Rewards Points
2. How else do I earn Rewards Points?
Currently, to earn Rewards Points, you do so every day you are scheduled to attend your service. Alongside this, you are able to accrue more Rewards points with-
- Referral of a family or friend (the family must enrol to gain the Rewards Points)= 1000 Rewards Points
- Sibling Enrolment Bonus= 500 Rewards Points
- Social Media Competitions- See Facebook and Instagram pages for entry
3. I listed a day that my child can’t attend in Swapple, will I still receive the discount that was previously provided if the day was taken?
If you list a day on the app for a day that you are unable to attend moving forward, you will earn double the amount of points that you would normally receive if you were to attend. These points will be added to your account which you will see accruing in the app.
If you have already added days into Swapple for future days you are unable to attend, if those days are booked in by a family prior to July 13th at 12pm, then you will receive the Swapple discount for those days. If they are booked after this date, you will receive double the amount of Rewards points that you would otherwise receive for an attendance.
4. I have booked in a day to attend using Swapple, will my day still be booked in?
Yes, if you have already booked in Swapple days that have been confirmed, we will honour the existing Swapple booking but will also add these into the app so you receive notifications and are aware of the days you have booked. You are unable to use Rewards Points for previously booked in days
5. Can I transfer points to other families?
Unfortunately Rewards Points are non-transferable.
6. When do I earn Rewards Points?
You earn points every time your child is booked in to attend, even if you are unable to attend. If you add a day that you aren’t able to attend on the Bambini App, you will then earn double the amount of points that you would normally attend. You will see these points build up in the Bambini app.
7. How do I book in a Casual Day on the app without using Rewards Points?
If you would like to book in a Casual Day on the app that you wish to pay for, select the Casual Bookings area of the app and find your day/s you would like to book, select the book option. A pop up will then be displayed where you are asked if you would like to use your Rewards Points or pay for your day.
8. How can I use my points for a free day if I am a full time family?
If you are a full time family, you are able to opt to use 500 Rewards Points to cover the cost of an existing attendance day. There is a maximum of one free day that can be booked in each month. You will also be able to use your Rewards Points on other rewards as these are introduced.
9. I can’t see my Rewards Points on the app, where do I find them?
If you aren’t seeing your points being displayed and can click through to the Bambini’s Garden of Rewards section, you may need to update your version of the app.

10. How do I know if my Casual day booking has been booked in?
You will receive notification that your day/s have been booked in. Your Centre Coordinator will also receive an email to inform them the day has been locked in by your family.
